Easy Pickup Options

You can drop off your cargo at any of our designated branches from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, if you live outside of London or in nearby areas such as Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Luton, Liverpool, Newcastle, Brighton, Bristol, Coventry, Reading, or Kent. For air freight shipments, we offer affordable collection for a small fee if you have a busy schedule and are ready to send your package to Canada. Payment must be made when you deliver your parcel to us.

Packaging Requirements and Procedures

We accept many different packaging materials including suitcases, shipping barrels and pallets. Use your own boxes or buy them from us at an affordable fee. If you do not have a secured packaging material, we will provide you with one, with the exception that we will add the weight of the carton to the overall weight of your parcel. Please ensure that your items are wrapped securely and ready to be collected on the day specified when our collection team will come to your place to collect.

Minimum Shipping Package Size

Minimum cargo weights by destination: For parcels to Canada, the minimum weight is 45 kg. Charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight. This policy applies to both airport collection and doorstep deliveries.

Pickup and collection Option When you Want to Send parcel to Canada from the UK

With our air freight service, we offer home collection in some selected areas in London. Please be available for the collection time. We accept items in shipping barrels, boxes, bags, wooden crates pallets, and suitcases. If you have fragile goods and breakables, our crating team are more than happy to make you customs made shipping crates for a fee.

Packaging Guidelines for air cargo to Canada

Tape and secure all irregular and boxed items. Bubble wrap is advisable to provide extra cushion for individual small items such as Chinas and porcelain or paper can be used to stop items from moving during transport. Label your package clearly for easy identification.

Delivery Time for Moving Goods

Sea freight can take up to 8 weeks, while air cargo to Canada from UK takes between five and seven working days. We make every effort to deliver all shipments to Canada in a speedy fashion.

Prohibited Items

The services provided to us by the couriers do not allow the following items on their network.

Any person sending items considered to be Prohibited will be subject to their order being canceled.

No animal products, Goods made from or containing animal products.
Any sized white goods or small appliances such as washing machines, water heaters and any similar domestic or commercial appliances.
Drugs or medicines, in any form or state, are fully restricted.
Hazardous Items*, Any goods, products or other items containing, in whole or in part, hazardous materials.
Liquids of all kinds are prohibited.
Perishable Goods*, Any product in which quality deteriorates due to environmental conditions through time, needs to be kept chilled or frozen. Such as perishable food like meat, fish, dairy products, flowers, etc. are prohibited.
Large vehicle parts or over 15 Kg. Vehicle parts that contain fluid, oil or fumes are prohibited.
Weapons of all kinds are prohibited.
Items Not Protected, The services provided to us by the couriers will deliver the following items, however, you do so at your own risk. The item will not be protected for any loss or damage, however, if the item is lost within the network we will refund the cost of the carriage only.
Glass items of any kind, including glassware can be sent at the risk of the sender. These items will not be eligible for protection in the event of damage.
Fragile materials such as bone china, fine china and porcelain are not protected for any loss or damage.
All jewelry items can be sent but are considered ‘no protection’.

Furniture & Electricals*, Including objects such as tables, chairs, desks, beds or electronic devices. Must be within service restrictions and packaged correctly.
Instruments*, All Musical Instruments must be sent in a hard case and boxed. Maximum parcel protection value is up to £1,000.00 for lost items.
Ornaments*, Must not be made of porcelain, china or glass (non-comp items).
Bicycles can be sent but are not protected for damage, please ensure these are correctly packaged in a box with the wheels detached and handlebars in a straight position.
