Yes, you can track the status of your parcel. We issue you with a tracking number as you drop off your package. 

You have the option to opt for additional cover. Our additional cover starts from 5% of the value of your parcel. This is available on our booking form.  The maximum amount we cover is 6 million Naira. If the value of your shipment is over this amount, you’re advised to arrange your own insurance to protect your interests.

We do not allow all substances considered illegal by the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Anyone who attempts to send any illegal or dangerous substance using our network will be handed over to law enforcement agencies.
