How it works

Please be aware that the service is from Lagos to London, Luton and Milton Keynes and other part of the UK. If you stay outside London apart from the exempted cities, you will be required to pay extra for us to send your parcel to you. Alternatively you can come and collect from either our office in Woolwich , East London, Shoreditch, Peckham and North West London .

Additional fee applies

If we are delivering to you in London, Milton Keynes and Luton additional charges apply for the delivery to your doorstep. Customers who live elsewhere other than these three participating cities are required to collect from any of our London outlets.

The minimum we can accept from Lagos to London is 5kg or £20 minimum charges and the minimum for outside London is 10kg or £50
We do not collect from home in Lagos. Customers are to deliver their cargoes to our office in Lagos for security inspection and scanning.
It is the responsibility of the customers to check and enquire that their shipment is allowed into the United Kingdom.
Customers and their consignees are responsible for what they are bringing in. Please see our terms and conditions on this website.
Daily storage cost applies to cargo not collected within 24 hours of arrival.

If your cargo is a personal effects you’re not responsible to clear through UK customs, we will handle this for you. However, some freights require that the shipper pay additional duties and surcharge if the nature of the consignment doesn’t fall under personal effect categories. In that case, such customer are responsible for any duties chargeable.

Restricted Cargo into the UK from Nigeria

Not everything freight or cargo is allowed to be shipped into the UK. Fish, Crayfish and dairy products are not allowed into the UK via our own network. How to Make Payment

You can either make payment in Nigeria or make payment here in the UK. Please be sure of what sort of goods you’re bringing into the country . There is no excuse for ignorance in law and just say you know that Sure man Ventures Ltd (Cargonaija Team) Here in the UK and our team in Nigeria does not accept responsibility on behalf of any customer.

IMPORTANT !!!

Customers aiming to send freight from Nigeria to the UK must comply with our operational procedures!

In Nigeria your representative or whoever is handing in the cargo would have to deliver it to Nahco shed themselves for proper examination by Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (NDLA)
Please do not contact us to send your cargo from Nigeria to the UK if you cannot comply with our operating procedures.

Prohibited Items

The services provided to us by the couriers do not allow the following items on their network.

Any person sending items considered to be Prohibited will be subject to their order being canceled.

No animal products, Goods made from or containing animal products.
Any sized white goods or small appliances such as washing machines, water heaters and any similar domestic or commercial appliances.
Drugs or medicines, in any form or state, are fully restricted.
Hazardous Items*, Any goods, products or other items containing, in whole or in part, hazardous materials.
Liquids of all kinds are prohibited.
Perishable Goods*, Any product in which quality deteriorates due to environmental conditions through time, needs to be kept chilled or frozen. Such as perishable food like meat, fish, dairy products, flowers, etc. are prohibited.
Large vehicle parts or over 15 Kg. Vehicle parts that contain fluid, oil or fumes are prohibited.
Weapons of all kinds are prohibited.
Items Not Protected, The services provided to us by the couriers will deliver the following items, however, you do so at your own risk. The item will not be protected for any loss or damage, however, if the item is lost within the network we will refund the cost of the carriage only.
Glass items of any kind, including glassware can be sent at the risk of the sender. These items will not be eligible for protection in the event of damage.
Fragile materials such as bone china, fine china and porcelain are not protected for any loss or damage.
All jewelry items can be sent but are considered ‘no protection’.

Furniture & Electricals*, Including objects such as tables, chairs, desks, beds or electronic devices. Must be within service restrictions and packaged correctly.
Instruments*, All Musical Instruments must be sent in a hard case and boxed. Maximum parcel protection value is up to £1,000.00 for lost items.
Ornaments*, Must not be made of porcelain, china or glass (non-comp items).
Bicycles can be sent but are not protected for damage, please ensure these are correctly packaged in a box with the wheels detached and handlebars in a straight position.
