Cargonaija Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Cargonaija Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bank account to receive commission payments.
1.2. The program is open to individuals, businesses, and influencers who wish to promote Cargonaija’s air cargo services from Nigeria and to Nigeria.
1.3. Cargonaija reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. How It Works

2.1. Once your application is approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to share via social media, WhatsApp, YouTube, SMS, website, or any digital platform.
2.2. When someone clicks your affiliate link and completes a valid transaction through our Booking Form, you will earn a commission.
2.3. You can track your referrals, transactions, and commissions in your affiliate dashboard.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. You will earn 10% commission on the first transaction made by any new customer referred through your affiliate link.
3.2. If the referred customer returns for additional transactions, you will earn a 5% lifetime commission on all their future transactions.
3.3. Commission is only paid after the customer has successfully completed and paid for a shipment.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments will be made monthly to your registered bank account, provided your commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of ₦10,000 or equivalent.
4.2. If your earnings do not meet the threshold, they will roll over to the next payment cycle.
4.3. Payments will be processed within 5–7 business days after the end of the month.
4.4. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct bank details. Cargonaija is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to inaccurate information.

5. Tracking & Valid Transactions

5.1. To qualify for commissions, referrals must complete the Cargonaija Booking/Quote Request Form using your affiliate link.
5.2. Transactions must be legitimate and completed by a real customer. Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of earnings.
5.3. Cargonaija reserves the right to review and verify all referrals before approving commission payments.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. Affiliates may not:

Mislead potential customers with false claims about Cargonaija’s services.
Use paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to compete with Cargonaija’s official marketing efforts.
Spam referral links on social media, emails, or forums without permission.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or create fake referrals.
6.2. Any violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the program.

7. Termination & Modification

7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
7.2. If an affiliate account remains inactive (i.e., no new referrals) for six (6) consecutive months, Cargonaija reserves the right to deactivate or close the account.
7.3. Cargonaija reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, and program rules at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1. Cargonaija is not responsible for any loss of income due to technical failures, tracking issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. The affiliate is an independent promoter and not an employee, agent, or representative of Cargonaija.
8.3. By participating in this program, affiliates agree to indemnify Cargonaija from any legal claims or disputes arising from their promotional activities.
