Cargonaija, a leading shipping company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our North London branch. No previous warehouse experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Basic computer knowledge is required for this role.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring efficient handling and processing of customer goods.
Responsibilities:
Record and account for customer goods delivered to the warehouse
Notify customers of their deliveries via WhatsApp or other communication platforms
Wrap, label, and palletize goods to prepare them for shipment
Assist in occasional collection and delivery of shipments with our driver to our container loading point
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A clean record is required, as the role is subject to disclosure and background checks
