Following additional discussions, Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc and Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited have decided to raise the cargo handling tariffs to 100% instead of the previously proposed 300%; however, this increase is still considered excessive, and the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents has issued a general notice instructing their members and other stakeholders to refrain from entering the terminal and instead gather at their secretariat on April 28, 2023, until further notice to protect their interests.
