Customers are to give us 14 days’ notice for container to be delivered to the loading point.
Can your staff assist me with loading my container?
Answer:
Additional charges applies if we provide labour for loading and offloading. However, if you’re loading the container on your own premises, it’s your responsibility to provide labour.
When shipping container to Ghana from the UK do you provide insurance cover?
Answer:
Customers are to provide Marine Insurance that covers the content of their container. Cargonaija takes no responsibility for customers.
Proper packaging of the content intended to be loaded in the container is responsibility of the customer.
Customers are to provide full packaging list that itemized the list of content of their container.
Upon delivery of container, customers are given 3 hours of loading time of which additional hourly rate is chargeable from after the given 3 hours of loading grace is exceeded.
