If you do not have a secured packaging material, we will provide you with one, with the exception that we will add the weight of the carton to the overall weight of your parcel. Please ensure that your items are wrapped securely and ready to be collected on the day specified when our collection team will come to your place to collect them.

Minimum cargo weights by destination. The minimum weight for parcels going to Egypt is 10KG. If you have parcels ranging from 1 to 9.5KG, you will be charging the minimum weight requirement please take note.
