If you are in London, we will usually send our van driver to collect from your door step anywhere in Dalston, Tottenham, Barnet, Enfield, Barking, Dagenham, Thamesmead, Woolwich, Peckham, Croydon, Bexleyheath, Dartford, and Plumstead. If you’re not based in London our door step collection option is also available anywhere in the UK. Once we receive your booking, we will send our courier partner to collect it from you. The collection is between the window of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Kindly note that courier collection will attract a fee but we can assure you that our collection fee is very reasonable in comparison to what others who claim to provide similar service to Nigeria will charge you.
The Process of Door to door cargo shipping to Nigeria
To have a hitch-free cargo moving experience right from the collection up to the delivery point, it’s important to follow the outlined procedures such as
Make sure the content of each box, bag, or suitcase is not over 20kg
The booking form should be completed properly without leaving out any important information such as collection postcode, recipient telephone number, etc.
Items to be collected by our courier driver must be brought downstairs to avoid needless argument when the driver arrives for pick up.
The Full Invoice amount is to be paid on time to avoid delays at the point of collection and delivery in Nigeria.
Packaging Requirement for Delivery
Use a strong carton box(s) for packaging your cargo, from our experience this works better especially if we have to send a third party to collect from you.
If you’re not having multiple bags or suitcases to ship, using suitcases, bags, etc is not advisable as the printed labels could easily slip off. You can get shipping boxes on Amazon in case you don’t know where to get one.
We advise you to mark fragile items with Fragile signs on them with adequate cushions for extra support.
Labelling Recommendation
It’s very important to mark the number of items you have on your boxes.
Write Cargonaija on each box too. For example, if your boxes are 2 write 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 etc. If it’s just a box, write 1 of 1.
Don’t forget to write your name on the bag, suitcase or boxes to be sent.
Don’t worry about putting the recipient person’s name on the cargo since we would have this on the booking form submitted.

Minimum Weight for Door to door shipping
Our minimum weight requirement for Lagos is 10kg and the minimum weight requirement for outside Lagos is 15kg.
If you’re shipping from Nigeria to the UK our minimum weight requirement is 5kg to London and outside London is 10kg

Door to door shipping Insurance Frequently Asked Question
Customers always ask us questions as to what we do as a shipping company when things go wrong.
If your shipment falls below £195, you’ll automatically be refunded in case of any mishap.
However, if your shipment is over £195, we offer an optional 5% Additional Cover on every shipment on air cargo of up to £6000 and sea shipping. If your shipment is above £6000, you’re advised to take an additional cover or insurance to protect your interest.
Notification Upon Freight Arrival
On your shipment arrival at our depot in Lagos, we offer both office collection as well as door delivery to any location in Nigeria should you request for this.
Should you opt for office collection, our team will notify you of the parcel.
The UK to Nigeria -How Long it takes to Arrive
Services to Lagos from London take up to five working days from Friday
Outside Lagos such as Ibadan, Ogun state, Ondo State, Ilorin, Abuja, Benin, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, and other states in Nigeria takes 10 working days.
Express service is considerably faster but will attract additional charges, this is a premium service that is available at the customer’s request.
Sea shipping takes a period of 6 to 8 weeks to arrive in Nigeria from the sailing date.
Who Provides boxes and cargo packaging when we deliver by air cargo to Nigeria from the UK?
Customers are solely responsible for boxing and packaging their shipments.
We advise you to mark fragile items with Fragile signs on them with adequate cushions for extra support.
What is the Payment Arrangement?
We accept payment before delivering the shipment.
