We have a collection that is available throughout the UK, every day except Saturdays. However, we ship by air every Thursday. Your goods will arrive in Ghana within 8-10 working days. We currently have two levels of services, these are Standard service and Express service
Standard air freight Service to Ghana takes 10 -14 days
Express air freight service for 2 -3 days anywhere in Ghana. Express service is charged according to volumetric weight. That is, Length x width x height Divided by 5000 all in CM. Please indicate the service type you prefer when completing the booking form. Write Standard or Express in the “Delivery Address” section on the booking form.

Collection arrangement UK to Ghana-London
If you are based in London, in the following areas below, our week days collection is available for you:

The collection days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Any collection made on Thursday will not fly and must wait until the next week.
UK to Ghana by air freight-Manchester: Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Reading, Liverpool. Bristol, Brighton, Luton. Watford. Leeds.
For Manchester and the other cities mentioned above, our collection days for Manchester are Monday and Tuesday. All collections received on Wednesdays or Thursdays will not qualify for freighting.
Important Information for our Ghana Customers: Packaging, Labelling and Shipping Advice
You are the sender and ensure the safe arrival of your cargo from the UK to Ghana. Here are some tips to help you avoid problems when using our service.
. If you are using a carton box to transport your items, ensure that the weight of the contents is no more than 20 kg.
. You should not send contraband or prohibited items. Here is a list of prohibited items for Ghana.
. Only send one to two parcels or boxes to Ghana with a carton box.
. When sending more than 3 pieces of luggage, you can send suitcases, cargo bags, and other items.
. If your apartment is not on the ground floor, our drivers will not be able to transport your items upstairs.
.To avoid having freight sent to an unidentified country, you as the sending party must write your name on the packaging to be shipped via air cargo from the UK to Ghana.
Tracking and Payment of Insurance
All shipments must first be paid before they can be shipped.
We will weigh your cargo and send you the invoice.
Our tracking system allows you to track all shipments from the point of collection until the delivery point in Ghana.
We are limited to £5 per kilogram of any cargo weight sent. It is advisable to arrange additional insurance or cover to protect your interests.
