⚖️ Our Two Service Options – Premium & Standard

We offer two levels of service depending on urgency and shipment type.

✈ Premium Service (Fastest)

  • To Lagos: £5.00 per kg (minimum 10kg) – Delivery in 5–7 working days

  • To Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ogun, Osun, Kwara, Ondo, Akure: £5.70 per kg – Delivery in 7–10 working days

  • To other states (including Abuja): £6.00 per kg to airport / £6.40 per kg door-to-door – Delivery in 7–10 working days
    ⚠️ Restrictions: Perfumes, aerosols, body sprays, liquids, and batteries are not allowed.

✈ Standard Service (Most Flexible)

  • Rate: From £4.60 per kg + £20 handling fee

  • Minimum Weight: 10kg (Lagos), 15kg (outside Lagos)

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 working days

  • Advantages: Allows perfumes, body sprays, liquids, and batteries.

🚚 How We Operate in the UK

  • London Collection: Free for shipments of 20kg or more (areas include Dalston, Tottenham, Barnet, Enfield, Barking, Dagenham, Thamesmead, Woolwich, Peckham, Croydon, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Plumstead).

  • Outside London: Doorstep collection available nationwide (small fee applies).

  • Collection Times: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

🛠️ Procedures to Ensure Smooth Delivery

  • Each box, suitcase, or bag should not exceed 20kg per piece.

  • Complete booking form accurately (postcode, contact details).

  • Bring items downstairs for pickup (drivers cannot collect from upper floors).

  • Full invoice must be paid on time to avoid delays.

📦 Packaging & Labelling Requirements

  • Use strong cartons (preferred over bags/suitcases).

  • Mark fragile items clearly and add extra cushioning.

  • Label boxes: e.g., “1 of 2, 2 of 2” + Cargonaija.

  • Write your name on each package.

  • Recipient’s details will be taken from the booking form — no need to write on the box.

⛔ Prohibited Items

We cannot accept:

  • Illicit drugs

  • Weapons

  • Fake or substandard goods

  • Perishable food

  • Dangerous goods

📦 Weight & Tracking

  • Minimum weight: 10kg (Lagos), 15kg (other states).

  • Shipping from Nigeria to the UK: Minimum 5kg (London), 10kg (outside London).

  • Tracking: All shipments are trackable online from pickup to delivery.

🛡️ Insurance

  • Shipments under £195 are automatically protected.

  • For shipments over £195, we offer optional 5% additional cover (up to £6,000).

  • For shipments above £6,000, we recommend additional insurance.

📞 Notification on Arrival

When your shipment arrives at our Lagos depot, you can choose:

  • Office Collection at one of our depots

  • Door-to-Door Delivery anywhere in Nigeria

Our Nigeria team will call all customers as soon as shipments are ready.

Q: Who provides boxes and packaging?
Customers must supply their own cartons. We recommend sturdy shipping boxes (available on Amazon).

Q: What payment options do you accept?
Payments must be made before shipment. We accept bank transfers (UK & Nigeria) and payments in Naira.
